Kitchen Tips for Egg

- Do not use fresh eggs for cooking. They need to sit in the refrigerator for a few days so that they can peel well during boiling.

- Here's an idea to avoid the smell of boiled eggs in your lunchbox. When it boils, add a few teaspoons of white distilled vinegar to the water. The vinegar will neutralize the odor of the eggs but will not affect the taste of the eggs. It also helps prevent the egg white from leaking if the egg breaks.

- When you take the boiled eggs out of the hot water, immediately put them in a large bowl and shake well so that the shell is completely broken. This breaks the membrane between the egg and the shell and makes it easier to remove. Finally, put the eggs in ice water and start peeling... Easily.

- Did you know that you can have "hard boiled" eggs perfect as soon as they come out of the oven? Place eggs in muffin tins and bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. After removing from the oven, transfer to the ice bath to stop the cooking process.
