Crispy Finger Chips
Ingredients
Potatoes………… half a kg
Gram flour…... 4 tbsp
Black pepper. …..One teaspoon
Cumin powder ……….. one teaspoon
Salt ……….. To taste
Oil ……… For frying
Directions:
Cut the potatoes lengthwise in the shape of a finger.
Mix gram flour, black pepper, cumin powder and salt in a bowl.
Mix the potatoes well in the gram flour mixture.
After that fry them on medium flame. Delicious finger chips are ready.
Serve with ketchup.
